Scaling a Global Ministry Through Story, Strategy, and Digital Delivery

The Challenge
Summit Initiative is a ministry with an ambitious vision: equipping and inspiring people to live with purpose, leadership, and Christ-centered conviction.
For years, Jason’s impact was driven through in-person events—retreats, trainings, and live teachings. But as demand grew and geography became a barrier, Jason needed a way to scale his message beyond physical rooms without losing the personal connection that defined his work.
He came to Larch Marketing with three needs:
Build an online course that captured his teaching in a clear, compelling, and accessible format.
Define and elevate the Summit Initiative brand, giving it clarity, structure, and a modern digital expression.
Tell the global story of Summit’s impact—specifically through a trip to Korea where the ministry was already influencing leaders, pastors, and young adults.
Our Approach
We took a full-stack approach, combining strategy, creative work, and technical execution to bring Summit Initiative into a new chapter of growth.
1) E-Course Production: Turning Live Teaching Into Scalable Impact
Jason’s teaching is rich, energetic, and rooted in years of ministry experience. Our goal was to translate that into an online experience that felt high-touch and high-quality.
We outlined the curriculum and course structure.
Filmed and produced a talking-head style ecourse with multi-camera setups, clean audio, and visual consistency.
Built an online environment that was intuitive, mobile-friendly, and accessible for a wide range of learners.
The final ecourse now allows Summit Initiative to expand its reach without being limited by travel, schedules, or physical capacity.
2) Brand Positioning & Web Design: Clarifying the Mission
Before we ever wrote a line of copy or built a page, we worked with Jason to refine the core of Summit Initiative:
Who they serve
What transformation they offer
The language, tone, and visuals that best communicate their mission
From that brand foundation, we designed and launched a website with:
Clear messaging that explains the ministry's focus
A modern, mission-driven design
Calls to engage—via events, the new course, or support
A visual identity that feels hopeful, confident, and globally relevant
The website is now the organizational hub Summit Initiative previously lacked—something they can build on for years to come.
3) Mini-Documentary Production: Capturing Impact in Korea
To support the launch of the new brand and to showcase the ministry’s global influence, we traveled with Jason to South Korea to film a short documentary.
The goal was to capture:
Real stories of the ministry’s impact
The unique culture of Korean churches and Christian communities
The spiritual growth happening among leaders and students who engage with Summit Initiative
We filmed interviews, b-roll, teaching moments, worship, and the relational moments that make ministry work feel alive.
The final film serves as a powerful storytelling asset—something Jason can share with donors, partners, future students, and anyone curious about what Summit Initiative is accomplishing.
The Outcome
Together, we created a digital and visual foundation that allows Summit Initiative to operate like a modern, scalable ministry:
A full ecourse that brings Jason’s teaching to anyone, anywhere
A brand-new website rooted in clarity, purpose, and trust
A global-impact mini-documentary that communicates the heart behind the ministry
A cohesive brand identity strong enough to support future initiatives, events, and expansions
